We currently deliver to the following countries: UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland and the USA. Shipping charges are calculated on the checkout.
For international delivery requests that are not on the list, please contact us directly and weโll advise if shipping is available to your location.

These can take 7โ14 days, as they are brought in from our Netherlands or UK distribution hubs. Due to this, please allow up to 14 days extra.

Check with household members, neighbours, or your designated safe place first. If the parcel still canโt be located, contact us with your order number and tracking ID. We’ll raise a case with the courier and resolve it for you.
If your parcel hasnโt arrived after the estimated delivery window, weโll investigate with the courier. Once confirmed lost, weโll offer a replacement or refund depending on your preference.
We monitor temperatures carefully. If itโs too warm, we may delay dispatch or recommend express delivery. Unfortunately, we canโt guarantee the condition of meltable items unless temperature-safe options are used.
