How can I place an order on Sugar Rush Emporium?

To order, simply browse our products, add your favourites to the cart, and head to checkout. Enter your shipping details and choose a payment method to complete your order securely.

Once your order is dispatched, youโ€™ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also visit our Order Tracking page to view delivery progress.

We currently deliver to the following countries: UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland and the USA. Shipping charges are calculated on the checkout.

For international delivery requests that are not on the list, please contact us directly and weโ€™ll advise if shipping is available to your location.

Hereโ€™s what to expect depending on your order type:

  • Processing time: 2โ€“4 working days.

  • Delivery time: 2โ€“3 working days after dispatch.

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

๐ŸŒ International or Imported Items (e.g. German Sweets)

  • These can take 7โ€“14 days, as they are brought in from our Netherlands or UK distribution hubs. Due to this, please allow up to 14 days extra.

  • If your order includes Ritter Sport or other German brands, expect a slightly longer wait.

Certain items (like German or Dubai imports) are sourced on demand for maximum freshness. These products may take 7โ€“14 working days to dispatch. Timeframes are clearly shown on product pages.

If your order hasnโ€™t been packed yet, we can usually amend it. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the items you’d like to change.

Check with household members, neighbours, or your designated safe place first. If the parcel still canโ€™t be located, contact us with your order number and tracking ID. We’ll raise a case with the courier and resolve it for you.

If your parcel hasnโ€™t arrived after the estimated delivery window, weโ€™ll investigate with the courier. Once confirmed lost, weโ€™ll offer a replacement or refund depending on your preference.

We monitor temperatures carefully. If itโ€™s too warm, we may delay dispatch or recommend express delivery. Unfortunately, we canโ€™t guarantee the condition of meltable items unless temperature-safe options are used.
