Please read before arriving at our Wijchen Distribution Centre.

Booking Required: All deliveries must be pre-booked.

Upon Arrival:
- Check in at reception with CMR, ID, and vehicle registration
- Wait in designated area – no bay access until authorised
- Hi-vis vest and safety shoes are mandatory

On-Site Rules:
- Engine off during loading
- Max speed 10 km/h
- Toilets available
- Smoking in designated areas only
- No overnight parking (unless arranged in advance)

Courier & Freight Collections:
We support scheduled pickups from all major carriers including:
- DHL, DPD/Geopost, Maersk, FedEx, UPS, GLS and more
Collections must be pre-authorised with a valid reference number.
Drivers must follow all site access protocols as detailed above.

Security & Access Enforcement:
- Access to the site is controlled by a security barrier and monitored entry system
- All drivers must present valid ID
- Any unauthorised access, disorderly conduct, or violation of site policies will be reported and may result in permanent access bans
- CCTV operates 24/7 throughout the premises
